Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

I do not accept refunds, return, or exchanges on custom work or pet portraits. I do however except returns on original artwork or greetings cards if it is damaged in some way. Please see Shipping & Returns for more information.

 

Lost Packages

All packages are sent with tracking information however I do not accept responsibility for lost packages.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs. See more details at Shipping & Returns.

 

Finished work (commissions)

I reserve the right to post photos of the finished work and use my images for my website or for other promotional material. However if the piece is a surprise or gift I would not post any images until you have received your order.
